ENCHANTED ADVENTURE GARDENS

The Enchanted Garden is at 55 Purves road in Authors Seat . What a great day out with friends or family this is . I was blown away by the gardens and flowers and hedges the scenery was amazing There was so much to do a whole day of enjoyment. The hedge maze looked so good , I was thinking it must be a job in itself to keep it maintained it was so pretty We walked around mesmerised by the views and sculptures . I even went on the tube slides ( my son never thought I would it ) it was a hike up the hill but a lot of fun . There was so much to see here . A 3d maze ( I admit I held onto my friend and screamed a lot ) a mirror maze , a lollie shop and an beautiful lake . The only thing I was scared to do was the tree surfing ( I'm way to scared of heights) you get locked in on a cable and are harnessed in so you can't fall ( but I didn't care it was so high) and you went on heaps of different obstacles . Was a great day out and very reasonably priced . I loved the carving out of wood the most
And the hedges were just as beautiful

FITBIT

              FITBIT

How you spend your day determines when you reach your goals. And seeing your progress helps you see what’s possible.

SEEK IT CRAVE IT LIVE IT    ............That's there moto
Fit bits are defiantly the new crazy of 2014-2015 every second person is wearing one . I got one and was really impressed that it registered so much information. It tracks exercise, activity, food, weight and even your sleep patterns. You can even download the app on your phone and sync it to the device and it stores everything.

I set my steps to try and do at least 10,000 steps a day and when i reach that goal it vibrates on my wrist. There are alot of types you can get and they keep getting better and better and you can purchase different bands so you can match with what you are wearing.
Another great feature is the friends part, where you can add a friend which helps you stick to your goals and they can either taunt you or cheer you on. You can even message them and tell them to lift there game. I set challenges with my friends like who walks the most over the weekend and weekdays(I don't always win ).
There are many types you can buy from ones that just count steps , to others that takes your pulse, you can have ones that are like watches and you can see the time, or that has caller id.

Recently I found my has a silent alarm which i set from the app and it vibrates on my wrist until i turn it off.
Prices range from $79.95- $350.00
check out the website for more details www.fitbit.com
I have the flex fitbit and I love it I love swapping the bands and sometimes I'll tape it to foot when I go walking as I am always on my phone it won't register the steps properly as my arms aren't moving while I am on my phone  .. My Fitbit was around the $100 mark ..

PENINSULA HOT SPRINGS

If your looking for somewhere relaxing, peaceful and mind blowing , somewhere to go with friends or that special someone this is the place to go . I went with a friend on a Friday night the       7 pm to 10 pm session and it cost us $35 each ( a good and cheap night out ) . We wanted to fit the part so we hired these white fluffy robes It was so relaxing there are so many different spa baths to try and they are all different temperatures. You make your own way around the place trying all the different ones there are over 20 to choose from , the temperatures range from 37-43 degrees .

At the very top of the hill there is a spa that is 43 degrees  we  went up there just before dark and watched an amazing sunset

and views from the hilltop was so pretty and totally made the experience so much more . There are so many more things you can do there like massages and hang out in the relaxation room You can eat there and enjoy the yummy food or stroll around and look at the extraordinary landscape I can honestly say I'd rate this place 9/10 .. And that's only because I'd love to soak in the spa baths with wine.. that would make it perfect . I love places that not only you walk out loving but also that you don't mind paying the money . It's a great place to take family or friends or that special someone .

CROCS ( the shoes not the animal)

When people think of Crocs they think those plastic shoes with holes in then . Ones that look like this But your wrong ... About 2 months ago I went to the Crocs shop and I was amazed at all the shoes Crocs make . I am not a small lady at all and the guy behind the counter told me they will help my feet .
I was sceptical by all means . I generally work up to 50+ hours a week and am constantly on my feet everyday. At least once a week I go and get reflexology done on my feet as the ache from constantly being on them
I am in pain a lot . Any way I ended up buying a pair that looked like shoes so I could wear them at work .. I was also worried because of the price but let me tell you they are THE BEST SHOES I HAVE OWNED ... So comfortable and cushioned . I was in shock and couldn't believe it .. I have seen foot doctors and brought proper shoes and comfy shoes like sketches . None compare to these .. I spent at least $40-$80 a week on foot massages ...... Now nothing ... It's weird you know when you know it's money well spent ( like the ghd hair straightner, well worth the money in the end ) it's like that . So I suggest if you are on your feet all day and go home with throbbing aching feet .. Check out CROCS you won't be disappointed. The soles are rubber as are the innersoles but hard yet comfy you really need to try them out .. They even have heals wedges oh and thongs are amazing too friends of mine have the thongs and live in them. They swear by Crocs too. Look up the website www.crocsaustralia.com.au
